I think it is supposed to be an ironic title, possibly? It reminds me of the work Bruno Coulais did for Coraline. Also, Sypom, Ambient music isn't meant to be progressive, it is meant to grasp the environment surrounded by it, creating an immersive effect. If you want Progressive music, i suggest you look at Immediate music such as "Two steps from hell".
